JOHN RODRIGUEZ – CPBD
John’s introduction to construction and building design began in 2004 when he attended Clover Park Technical College in Lakewood, WA. He received a degree in Architectural Drafting and Design, leading to a position at a Structural Engineering office.
After 11 years he decided to open his own design firm leading to new opportunities for creativity and ingenuity. He became the founder and owner of New World Design LLC. John is a detail oriented Draftsman & Designer developing a wide range of plans for residential, commercial office buildings, mini homes, retail spaces, restaurants and more. His knowledge of Structural Engineering gives his clients an advantage, helping them to understand the overall structure and scope of work that will be involved in each project. John is a Certified Professional Building Designer.
STEPHANIE RODRIGUEZ
Stephanie followed her brother’s example enrolling in the same Architectural Drafting and Design program as well as gaining structural engineering experience at the same firm for 8 years.
A talented drafter and designer, Stephanie enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish, satisfying clients dreams and continuing to build her creative skills to design for a New World
